Venkatesan Jayaraman (VJ) – CEO

VJ brings decades of leadership experience in market research, data analytics, and global operations. As the Founder of QDAS, he leads the organization with a clear vision to deliver scalable, high-quality analytics solutions that empower data-driven decision-making worldwide.

Prior to this, VJ held senior leadership positions with globally respected organizations, including TCS, AC Nielsen, IMRB, ORG-MARG, Blackstone Group, and RKSWAMY BBDO. He played a pivotal role in building, scaling, and managing large data processing and analytics centers across India.

VJ has been instrumental in establishing high-performance analytics operations for ORG-MARG (Chennai), IMRB-ABSCUS (Pune), TCS–Nielsen Data Services, and Blackstone’s Chennai operations. His expertise spans data capture, advanced analytics, and market research technologies, with hands-on experience in leading platforms such as SAS, SPSS, Quantum, WinCross, ConfirmIT, and Voxco.

He has successfully led multiple onshore-to-offshore transitions, managed complex operational transformations, and supported global clients through rigorous due diligence engagements. His leadership combines strategic vision with operational excellence, consistently delivering measurable value and high client satisfaction.
VJ holds a Master’s degree from the University of Madras, a certification in Supply Chain Management from IIM Kolkata, and has pursued Contract Law studies through HarvardX.

LP is a seasoned leader in primary market research and analytics with over 25 years of experience across global research agencies and senior client-side roles. Throughout her career, she has led multi-disciplinary teams, built modern primary research and analytics capabilities, and delivered high-impact insights supporting marketing effectiveness, innovation strategy, and behaviour change initiatives across diverse international markets.

She has also worked as a Freelance Strategy & Insights Consultant in the United Kingdom, advising organizations on research design, data strategy, and insight integration. Previously, she served as Head, Data Strategy & Insights at Danone, where she aligned enterprise data strategies with business objectives to drive measurable outcomes. Earlier, as Head of Customer & Consumer Insights at Campbell Arnott's, she led insight-driven commercial and primary research initiatives across Southeast Asia.

Her leadership experience also includes senior roles at Kantar and Nielsen, further strengthening her expertise in consumer research design, advanced analytics, and strategic insight development.
